Rika Ayotte is the executive director for Deschutes Land Trust. She holds an MBA in nonprofit management and has over 15 years of working in non-profit organizations. As a consultant and founder of Forest Path Consulting, she has led multiple strategic planning processes and organizational development efforts for non-profit organizations across the United States.
