Patrick Keller is Special Counsel to the Louisiana Land Trust, located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and initially formed to manage the properties that have been purchased by the State of Louisiana under the Road Home Program as part of the ongoing recovery effort from the damage caused by hurricanes Katrina and Rita in 2005. Patrick is a Louisiana Real Estate Title Attorney with experience in program administration of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grants (Disaster Recovery) in Louisiana, New York, and Puerto Rico. Patrick previously worked as a Staff Attorney with the Louisiana Office of Community Development and is a graduate of the University of Tennessee Law School and Louisiana State University.
