Molly Fales serves as the director of conservation transactions at CCALT where she manages conservation easement transactions and assists with public policy. In addition to working to conserve Colorado’s agricultural lands, she grew up on a working ranch outside Carbondale, CO, which is now under a conservation easement. Molly holds a bachelor's from Dartmouth College and a law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. She is a member of the Colorado Bar.
