Mike Williams is the real property manager with the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District. Mike has worked for the District for 24 years and helped to permanently protect over 27,000 acres of open space and parkland in the Santa Cruz Mountains, foothills and bay lands of the Peninsula south of San Francisco in San Mateo, Santa Clara and Santa Cruz Counties. Mike attributes much of the success of District’s land conservation efforts to working collaboratively with private and public land conservation partners, counties, cities, towns and local communities.
