Jonathan Feldman

Organization:
Jonathan served as a Realty Specialist/P4 Program Manager at Beale AFB where his role included managing 24 special projects with an estimated value of $500M, routinely briefing leadership on these initiatives to help formulate the future footprint of the Air Force, Beale AFB and the surrounding installation counties. After his time at Beale AFB, Jonathan successfully transitioned to the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), where he was tasked to form the Air Force's first ever General Ledger Analytics Support Desk for oversight of 189 active duty installations, 1,627 geographically separated sites, a 9 million acre portfolio and over 603 million square feet in structures. In this new role with AFCEC, Jonathan helped develop the General Ledger standard operating procedures to comply with congressional financial regulatory mandates and provide a foundation for the Air Force's accountability efforts in the future. In the process, he also discovered and revised over 13,000 records and $620 billion in Plant Replacement Value errors of capitalized assets across the Air Force. Building off these successes, Jonathan transitioned into his current role at AFCEC as a Readiness Environmental Protection Integration (REPI) Program Manager, where he has supported a variety of projects to include DoD's groundbreaking coastal resiliency initiative at Tyndall AFB, enabling the installation to protect its $5B base rebuild investment, while also aiding the transformation of the REPI conservation program into a new resiliency frontier.
