Jen Clitheroe

Jen “Dusty” Clitheroe is the principal consultant for Strength Perspective, a consulting firm that works with organizational leaders and their communities, empowering individuals to create more inclusive organizations, environments, and teaShe holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in organizational leadership. She has also served on a number of non-profit boards working to support sustainability and the care of the land as it pertains to community, providing consultation for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging strategic planning, leadership development, workshop facilitation and organizational change management.
