Jeff Cartwright is the Public Land Access and Land and Water Fund Program Manager for the Bureau of Land Management. He has been working on LWCF projects in the BLM for 14 years. Prior to serving his county for the benefit of recreation and land conservation, he was an associate real estate broker and served his country in other ways as a U.S. Army Ranger. Jeff is an avid lover of rivers and single track where he and his family spend their spare time whitewater rafting and mountain biking.
