Hugh Kenny works on the communications team at The Piedmont Environmental Council as a photographer and videographer. Born and raised in New York City, he moved to Virginia in 2019 after graduation from Bates College and works to create compelling imagery from the ground and up in the air to aid in PEC’s storytelling efforts.
