Heather Haney is an attorney at Kaplan Kirsch & Rockwell LLP (CO), focusing on real estate, land use, and public and private financing in both Colorado and California. Heather represents landowners and conservation organizations in complex conservation easement transactions throughout the mountain west; meeting the landowner's goals for the current and future generations, while also protecting tens of thousands of acres of agricultural lands, natural habitats, and open space from development. Heather earned her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. Prior to law school, she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in environmental biology from the University of Pennsylvania and was an environmental consultant in San Diego.
