Hallie Schwab is conservation planning manager at Open Space Institute, where she helps land trusts apply climate and watershed science to guide land protection for water quality, climate resilience and flood hazard mitigation. Hallie administers a grant program that provides support for conservation planning and works with OSI’s partners to develop guidance and tools to support land trust response to climate change. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Vermont and a bachelor's degree from Amherst College.
