Gareth Plank

Gareth Plank owns and operates the Scott River Ranch, 4,000 acres that encompasses the watersheds of the Marble Mountains, Trinity Alps, and Scott Mountains in northern California. He serves as secretary of the Siskiyou Land Trust, which placed conservation easements in 2010 on 5,680 acres of family land including the ranch adjacent to Scott River Ranch. Gareth currently runs an organic grass-based operation on the ranch and has been heralded as one of the most ecologically balanced ranches in the country.
