Dianne Russell serves as Institute for Conservation Leadership (ICL) president and leads the fundraising, financial management and oversight of ICL's program design and delivery. Dianne blends her knowledge of human systems with a deep understanding of the strategies needed to create healthy natural systems and communities. Dianne brings over 40 years of experience with thousands of groups and agencies who work on environmental and community-based issues. Dianne's work with ICL has been supported by her training with the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, VISIONS (multicultural skills), and the Gestalt International Study Center (Eyes Wide Open, anti-racism intensive program). Dianne earned a double degree in Religion and Sociology from Wittenberg University (Ohio). She served for three years as faculty for Marlboro College's Training Facilitation and Coaching Certificate Program.
