Cris Coffin is senior policy advisor for American Farmland Trust (AFT) and directs their National Agricultural Land Network, a new initiative launched to support and build the capacity of state and local governments, land trusts and agriculture and conservation professionals to advance farm and ranch land protection. Formerly AFT New England Director from 2001-2015, Cris has held numerous agriculture and conservation policy positions on and off Capitol Hill. Cris lives in Massachusetts and co-chairs the Massachusetts Food System Collaborative.
