Bruce Geiss, from Santa Fe, NM, has an extensive background in real estate planning, development, marketing, and sales built on 35 years as a builder, broker, investor, and consultant. He is also an educator with nearly a decade of classes and seminars on the charitable giving of real estate. Bruce has served as the Qualifying Broker at one of Santa Fe's most prominent broker/investor firms, as Director of Real Estate for a 1,000-acre private land development in Colorado, and Development Manager at one of Santa Fe's legacy development entities. He was a co-founder of American Foundation Realty and is a co-founder and board member of Realty Gift Fund. Bruce is past Board Chair of the Santa Fe Prep School, and past Advisory Board Member of the Santa Fe Farmers Market Institute which built one of the largest indoor-outdoor markets in the country. A graduate of Northwestern University, Bruce was a founding member of the New Mexico Chapter of Lambda Alpha International (land economics), was principal advisor to Santa Fe's Affordable Housing Task Force, and serves on the faculty of the National Council of Exchangers.
