Brendan Shane is the climate director at The Trust for Public Land where he oversees the organization's strategic commitment to delivering nature-based climate solutions. Mr. Shane previously held senior positions at the C40 Climate Leadership Group and The District of Columbia's Department of Energy and Environment. He holds a bachelor's from Franklin and Marshall College, a master's in geology from the University of Maryland, and juris doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center.
