Andy Finton has been with The Nature Conservancy since 1997 and focuses on forest and landscape ecology, spatial analyses, and protecting landscapes that benefit people and nature. Andy led a project with the Massachusetts Natural Heritage program to develop BioMap2, a conservation blueprint for Massachusetts identifying resilient habitats in the face of a changing climate. Andy earned a bachelor's degree in plant sciences from Cornell and a master's degree in forest ecology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
