There are three steps to driving online donations and engagement.
Step 1: Drive people to your site. From smart advertising, to content strategy, to SEO, we’ll provide our top ten techniques to drive people to your website and your call to action pages.
Step 2: Guide them. Long gone are the days when users browse a site and look through long menu lists. We’ll highlight effective and ineffective guiding techniques and demonstrate how you can measure and refactor the effectiveness of your site with Google Analytics and other free, more visual tools.
Step 3: Build a better form. You’ve done it, the user is now on the form! It needs to be user-friendly or all that effort spent getting them here will be wasted. We’ll answer questions like: what makes one form more effective than another? Should I consider multiple forms? What data should I collect?
