The more staff and board within an organization that register, the more you save with tiered, group pricing. (Example: a member/Affiliate organization sends 8 people, your total is $1,625 for early-bird pricing – 5 ppl x $250, 3 ppl x $125 for an average price of $203/person)

Cancellations and Refunds
The Alliance will not be offering refunds for cancellations. All sales are final and will be non-transferable to any other Land Trust Alliance events or trainings.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I access the Rally virtual conference platform?
You will receive access to the platform approximately 1-2 weeks prior to Rally. Each individual participating will have a unique log-in via their email/password or a special log-in link. For more information on navigating the platform, download our Rally Attendee Tech Guide
Do I need to select my workshop selections in advance?
You may indicate your workshop preference for our planning purposes and to assist our presenters with preparing the best presentation possible for the group. However, you will still need to add these to your schedule once you have access to the Rally platform approximately 1-2 weeks before the event.
Do I need a camera or microphone to participate?
Some workshops will feature interactive breakout sessions that will use video and audio. You may also want to use your video/audio for 1:1 or group chats with attendees, speakers or exhibitors. During a workshop, you may submit questions to the presenters via text chat.
What are the recommended system requirements to participate in Rally?
Broadband / high-speed internet: Recommended 5 Mbps download speed. Check your speed here: https://www.speedtest.net
Windows or Mac computer (desktop or laptop): For best performance, we recommend a minimum 4 GB of RAM and a Dual Core 2 GHz or higher processor (i3/i5/i7 or AMD equivalent). Participating via a tablet or mobile device will limit your functionality within Zoom Meetings.

Which sessions will I have access to if I attend the conference virtually?
Rally will be offering 10-11 concurrent workshops (A-F) at a time with two sessions per day for a total of 63 workshops. You will be able to select the session of your choice and switch between them if desired. There is no limit on the number of people that can attend an individual workshop. If there are multiple sessions you would like to attend but encounter scheduling conflicts, all conference sessions will be recorded. (see below). In addition, there will be plenary sessions, exhibitor demos, virtual tours, special events and networking opportunities.
Will conference sessions be recorded? Will I have access to the recordings?
Yes, all workshop sessions will be recorded and you will be provided access to these recordings following the conclusion of the conference. You will have access to the recordings until March 1, 2022.
What if I have technical issues?
Rally will have full time staff dedicated to helping with any technical issues that may arise. Live chat support will be available throughout the event.
