April 17-21: The Alliance notifies applicants about the status of their proposals
July 24: Final accurate session description, faculty biographies and A/V needs due
August 14: Registration deadline—last day to pre-register for Rally
September 7: Half-day seminars conducted
September 8 and 9: Workshops conducted
