Lead Session Coordinator
This is the person who submits the proposal. The Alliance will only send information to the Lead Session Coordinator. This person communicates all necessary information to all co-presenters involved with their session. They are responsible for providing an accurate session description and honoring deadline dates for handouts, co-presenter changes, bios, A/V requirements (internet requests, microphones, speakers), etc.
Seminar Faculty (October 8)
Seminar faculty may receive an honorarium for travel expenses (up to two faculty for half-day seminars and up to four faculty for day-long seminars). Seminar faculty also receive a Basic Rally Registration. Independent contractors using a social security number are required to register and pre-pay the conference registration fee in advance if they wish to attend the full conference outside of their session. The pre-paid registration fee will be reimbursed after the conclusion of Rally.
Workshop Faculty (October 9 and 10)
Workshop faculty are required to register and pay the Rally registration fee if they wish to attend the full conference. Other than moderated panels, the Alliance recommends no more than 3 speakers present at a workshop. If workshop faculty would like to attend the full conference, they will be charged a discounted rate of $450 regardless of when they register.
