Lead Session Coordinator
The person who submits this proposal. The lead presenter is responsible for communicating all necessary information to all co-presenters involved with your session, as well as providing an accurate session description and honoring deadline dates for handouts, co-presenter changes, bios, A/V requirements, etc.
The Alliance will only send information to the Lead Session Coordinator as we finalize the program, and once registration opens will include all co-presenters/panelists on all communications.
Workshop faculty will have their basic Rally registration fee waived. Other than moderated panels, the Alliance recommends no more than three speakers present per workshop. Virtual presenters will need to provide their own equipment including computer, a headset with clear voice quality, camera and high-speed internet speed.
